Project 1

Dienekis has upgraded the Deltaphone system of Delta Singular.  Now the system is based on a text-to-speech engine   and not on the traditional IVR system.  The advantage of this improvement was that there is not need any more for pre-recording messages since the information that the user of Deltaphone service requests directly from Delta Singular servers and  converted into voice through the text-to-speech engine.

Project 2

Dienekis Information Systems has developed a computer telephony integration application the aim of which was the safer, faster and more efficient gathering  and transmit ion of 2002 municipal elections in Greece.   More than 12.000 questionnaires have been collected via the CTI application.
