It is about the promotion and support of the Extreme Networks products either to company’s partners or customers.

It relates to the promotion and support of FileNet and Commerce One products.

It is about the offer of support, maintenance, and administration services concerning the Dienekis customers’ contracts.

Presales
It relates to the preparation and coordination of the technical aspects of the company’s proposals to its existing or potential customers.

It is about the development of specialized applications that relates to FileNet products (e.g. AUTOMATED LENDING) and CTI solutions (Phonetics).

TOP MANAGEMENT

Angelos Stavropoulos
Mr. Stavropoulos is Co-Managing Director of the company and one of its founders. He is 50 years old and has been born in Thessaloniki. He has studied Economics, Business Administration (MBA holder) and Systems Analysis. He has many years of experience in the area of IT which includes his collaboration with American Computer Systems. In Dienekis information Systems is in charge for Marketing and the Financial Planning of the company.

Vangelis Rizos
Mr Rizos is Co-Managing Director and General Manager. He has been born in Arta, in 1955. He has studied Mathematics and Computers Systems Analysis. He is co-founder of Dienekis Information Systems and Technologica. He has been employed in American Computer Systems. In Dienekis Information Systems is in charge for company’s sales.

Personnel

All employees are highly qualified and experienced covering all appropriate certification standards.

The majority of Dienekis staff consist of graduates specialized in IT and Economics.

Sales and marketing personnel is responsible for all sales and marketing activities, including customer consultancy, advertisement, participation to exhibitions, press releases, etc.

Support engineers having advanced professional skills and scientific background are responsible for all installations, tests, H/W and S/W integration and support, pre-sales support training and customer services.

The company also employs two specialised consultants for defence and finance industries.
