In accordance with the relevant decision, the Ministry of Development - General Secretariat of Commerce's 1st pilot project for the electronic public procurement was awarded to Dienekis Information Systems S.A.
This pilot project will be implemented in order to determine the framework, based on which, the universal implementation of electronic public procurement will be conducted, through the Ministry of Development's Directorate of Public Procurement.

Dienekis Information Systems S.A. will implement the first pilot project using Microsoft Hellas and CosmoONE, the first horizontal electronic market in Greece, as subcontractors.

The platform on which the implementation of the first pilot project will be based is Commerce One 5.0™. Commerce One 5.0™ is a platform on which the largest worldwide electronic markets are based, while in the Greek market it has been successfully tested by enterprises, such as the Hellenic Telecommunications Organization, the National Bank of Greece, Alpha Bank, Cosmote, etc, which have already processed more than 2,000 orders, a figure that translates into more than €76,000,000 in sales as well as 36 auctions with 182 participants.
